Awaited

For inns, attractions, and tourism groups

Know who's coming
before they arrive.

Awaited puts a friendly trip planner on your website and in your emails. Visitors get a plan made just for them, and you get their name and email, with their permission.

How it works

Three simple steps. The same for every business.

  1. 1

Visitors answer a few quick questions

Who's coming, when, and what they love. It takes about a minute.

  2. 2

They get a plan made for them

Right away, they see a plan that fits their trip. Not a long list of everything.

  3. 3

You get their email, with permission

Each visitor says yes before you get their name and email. Now you know who's coming.

Plus a monthly report. Once a month you get a short report: how many people used the planner, what they were interested in, and when they plan to visit.

A trip planner, not an AI chatbot. No app. No texting.

For innkeepers

Greet every guest like you already know them.

Your guests answer a few questions after they book, or from a button on your website. They tell you why they're coming, who's with them, and what they'd love to do. They get a plan for their stay. You get their name and email, with their permission.

The morning they arrive, you get a one-page arrivals briefing. The anniversary. The gluten allergy. The late check-in. All before they walk through the door.

  • No app for you or your guests
  • Nothing to write by hand
  • Just a link in your booking email. No new system to learn.

Sample The Christmas Farm Chronicle, a one-page custom morning paper for a guest named Greg in Room 12, with the weather, a day plan in Jackson, an innkeeper's pick, and a local story

Included for inns

A custom morning paper for every guest.

Each morning of their stay, your guest gets their own one-page paper. It has their name, the weather, their plan for the day, your pick for dinner, and a short, true story about your town.

Print it at the front desk and set it out with breakfast, or send it to their phone. Your guests will take pictures of it. That's free marketing for you.

02 Attractions

Help every visitor find the right ride, tour, or day.

Scenic railroads, museums, aquariums, amusement parks, fairs, and more. A "Plan my visit" button sits on your website. Visitors answer a few questions and get matched to the trip that fits them: the right train, the right tour, the right time to come.

You get their name and email, with their permission, so you can welcome them and invite them back.

  • Lives on your website. Nothing to download.
  • Built from your real trips, tours, and hours
  • Doesn't touch your ticketing system

The Digital Visitor Guide

Your printed visitor guide or PDF flipbook is hard to read on a phone. The Digital Visitor Guide turns it into a fast, simple guide that works on any phone. Visitors browse by category, search, and tap to call or get directions.

It keeps featured spots for the members who advertise with you. Use it to replace your PDF guide, or alongside it. It works hand in hand with the trip planner.

About

Built by the host of New England Traveler.

I'm Greg Boghosian. Since 2014, I've hosted and produced my show, the Emmy-winning New England Traveler, on NESN and NESN+.

Filming my show has taken me to inns, scenic railroads, museums, and small towns all over New England. The people who run these places care a lot about their visitors. But most of the time, they don't know much about them until they walk in the door.

I built Awaited to change that. It's simple for visitors, simple for you, and it helps you get to know your guests before they arrive.
